Joseph was named the Red Level High School Teacher of the Year in 2007 and in 2010. Prior to his current position he taught at Enterprise and Red Level High Schools and served as District I Representative for the Coffee County Board of Education. Joseph, while legally blind his entire life has achieved a Bachelor of Science degree from Troy University, a Master of Science degree from Troy University.
